Hudson Hotel - New York City
Ever since I was a little kid, I would often come to New York City for vacations. I have been here over a dozen times, however I have for some reason never stayed in Lower Manhattan before. This time I decided to switch things up a bit and stayed at the Hudson Hotel in Lower Manhattan. The hotel was in an absolute prime location, just steps away from Columbus Circle and Central Park.
The entrance to the hotel might have been my favorite part of the hotel!
The entrance into the hotel was like nothing I had ever seen before. It was very well lit up with green lights and the escalator up to the lobby felt like I was about to enter a spaceship. It was definitely one of my favorite parts of the hotel. I got excited every time I entered or left the hotel because I got to go through this again.
It was an extremely long and stressful journey so when I finally entered the room I was so relieved and finally at peace. I plopped right onto the bed and took a nap right away.
I stayed in the Deluxe Studio room during my stay. The room was much larger than I had expected and thee wooden floors gave the room a very cozy feel which I loved.
Most New York City hotel rooms are usually insanely small, however this room had more than enough room for me. There was also a living room area which I spent lots of time relaxing with the family.
This was easily one of the most comfortable beds I had ever slept on before. Every single night I was excited to hop in and sleep like a baby. There were also not one, but two TV’s in the room!
My favorite part of the whole hotel was the view from our room. This was definitely the best view I have ever had of New York City. Every day I would wake up and go to sleep to this view, I really wish I could experience it everyday. I was all the way on the highest floor of the hotel, so I had quite the view of the city!
During my stay for 3 days, I had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. The rooms are great, the location is unbeatable and if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Lower Manhattan, this is definitely the hotel you want to stay at. The prices are very affordable and they also offer special discounts on certain nights!
